Cleantech

Energy conversion takes place at the surface, and thus on the nanometer scale. Nanotechnology allows functionalizing or structuring the surface and material in order to improve the energy effectiveness. A typical application is the improvement of the heat exchanger characteristics.

Heat Exchanger

Our nano-lacquers prevent the surface from collecting dust and dirt. Therefore, the minized degree of soiling leads to a significantly improved heat transfer rate and thus to reduce energy costs. The special surface properties of these nano-lacquers can be achieved with thin layers of only 3 to 10 micrometers. These nano-coatings also have an extreme corrosion resistance.

Cooling

Water sprayed onto our super-hydrophilic coating will cover the surface with a thin film. Therefore, the water will evaporate rapidly. This results in the evaporating cooling effect which can be used to cool buildings, roofs, machines…

TiPE nano coat is the next generation of air purification technology, which can treat air pollution caused by traffics and industry. Organic materials and harmful gases will get reduced to water and carbon dioxide.
