CarboLube

CarboLube is a high-performance lubricating and release agent with a high proportion of special graphites. The product guarantees a lubricating and releasing effect even in extreme conditions.

CarboLube offers the following advantages compared to conventional systems:

• obtainable based on spindle oil, paraffin or glycol
• excellent anti-seizure and dry-running characteristics
• maintained releasing effect even after evaporation of oil or glycol

CarboLube can be used for the following applications:

• lubrication of bearings, chains, etc.
• release agent in metal casting and reforming

CarboLube is a successful mold release solution in metal casting and reforming because, resulting from the high proportion of graphites, a very high releasing effect can be produced on the treated parts even after evaporation of the oil.

Any reworking to release the casts is thus reduced, meaning shorter cycles and standstills in a manufacturing process.
