CarboGran: Redispersible CNT granulates

These products of the CarboGran range enable every user and further processor to produce their own stable CNT dispersions of excellent quality by simply mixing them into a matrix system, solvents for instance, or to easily and safely add CNTs to their processing operation - almost as simply as making soluble coffee.

 An essential advantage is that the CNTs appear in this microgranulate in a form resulting in very good distribution and very pronounced isolation of the CNTs in liquids.

Its very good solubility makes CarboGran easy to disperse in water, alcohols, ethylene glycol and many other solvents by simple mixing with a spoon or laboratory stirrer. For high-viscosity media such as epoxy resin and paraffin simple mixers or stirring devices are suitable.

CarboGran also ensures straightforward handling and high stability in storage through the non-dusty and dry form in which it arrives.

Special electrical or magnetic properties of coatings, surface finishes, adhesives, ceramic slips, sealants, varnishes and building materials can be created by CarboGran dispersion.

It only takes small amounts of CarboGran to demonstrate its positive effect to the full. It can serve as an additive in the manufacture of antistatic plastic flooring and coatings - effectively suppressing electrostatic charge and enhancing safety.
